- Answer any three questions from Section-B (20 marks each).

Section-A / खण्ड-अ
Note : Attempt any one question from the following. [1x15=15]
1. Define business and explain its scope. Explain the importance and functions of business organisation. [15]
व्यवसाय को परिभाषित कीजिए और उसके क्षेत्र की व्याख्या कीजिए। व्यावसायिक संगठन के महत्त्व और कार्यों की व्याख्या कीजिए।
2. What is meant by Business Environment? Why is it necessary to study the business environment? Discuss the external environment of business. [15]
व्यावसायिक वातावरण से क्या तात्पर्य है? व्यावसायिक वातावरण का अध्ययन करना क्यों आवश्यक है? व्यवसाय के बाह्य वातावरण की व्याख्या कीजिए।
Section-B / खण्ड-ब
Note : Attempt any three questions from the following. [3x20=60]
3. What is a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)? What were the reasons responsible for the establishment of LLP in India? Describe the features and benefits of Limited Liability Partnership. [20]
सीमित दायित्व साझेदारी (एलएलपी) क्या है? भारत में एल.एल.पी. की स्थापना के लिए उत्तरदायी कारण क्या थे? सीमित दायित्व साझेदारी की विशेषताओं और लाभों की व्याख्या कीजिए।
4. Write notes on the following : [10+10=20]
निम्नलिखित पर टिप्पणियाँ लिखिए :
- (a) Kinds of Companies

5. Define Co-operative Organisation. How is a co-operative society formed? Describe the various types of cooperative societies. [20]
सहकारी संगठन को परिभाषित कीजिए। सहकारी समिति कैसे बनाई जाती है? सहकारी समितियों के विभिन्न प्रकारों का वर्णन कीजिए।
6. Explain the different types of combinations. Distinguish between horizontal and vertical combination. [20]
संयोजन के विभिन्न प्रकारों का वर्णन कीजिए। क्षैतिज संयोजन और लम्बवत संयोजन में अन्तर कीजिए।
7. What do you understand by Stock Exchange? Explain its economic functions. [20]
स्कन्ध विपणि से आप क्या समझते हैं? इसके आर्थिक कार्यों की व्याख्या कीजिए।
8. Describe in brief the various methods of Wage Payment and also explain their advantages and disadvantages. [20]
मजदूरी भुगतान के विभिन्न तरीकों का संक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए तथा उसके लाभ और हानियों की भी व्याख्या कीजिए।
9. Define Organisation. Describe the principles and process of organisation. [20]
संगठन को परिभाषित कीजिए। संगठन के सिद्धांतों और प्रक्रिया की व्याख्या कीजिए।
10. What do you mean by Centralization and Decentralization of Authority? In what ways is decentralization of authority helpful in business administration? [20]
सत्ता के केन्द्रीयकरण और विकेन्द्रीयकरण से आपका क्या आशय है? सत्ता का विकेन्द्रीयकरण व्यवसाय प्रशासन में किस प्रकार सहायक है?
